Wyoming: Become A Notary: Wyoming Notaries are commissioned for a 4-year term by the Secretary of the Department. An application fee is required.
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
- You must be a resident of the State and the county in which you are making application;
- You must be able to read and write the English language;
- You must not be a convicted felon unless the felony conviction has been reversed or annulled; pardoned; or all rights have been restored pursuant to W.S. 7-13-105(a).
