If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password at “My Account” page.

You can change your User ID, password, contact information, financial information, user preferences and custom web page by going to “My Account” page. You can cancel your membership for a full refund with 30 days of signup. After that 30-day period, you can request cancelation of your membership to remove your profile, listing and all postings but no refund will be provided in whole or in part To make this request, send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Such information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible based on your account activity and in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. Some personal information may be retained to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, assist with any investigations, enforce our Member Agreement and comply with legal requirements as permitted by law. However, such personal information, other than previous Forum postings (if any) will be removed from public and Member viewing and will only be available to select GoGetNotary.com personnel.

We will do everything we can to work with our hosting company to restore GoGetNotary.com as soon as possible. No refunds or extensions will be given to members for such interruption.
